How can I pay for my tour?
You can pay digitally using the Check Availabilityย button (Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Sofort, iDeal, Bancontact) or in cash on location.
Can I be picked up from another city?
Yes, that is possible.
Are you less than 100 km (62 mi) away from the starting location? Then book a pick-up directly (โฌ200 incl VAT).
If you want to be dropped off again after the tour, and if your drop-off address is also less than 100 km (62 mi) away from the end location, then book a drop-off directly (โฌ200 incl VAT).
For longer distances, contact us and we will send you a quote.
What if I am dissatisfied with my tour?
We would be very sorry if you did not enjoy the tour. If this is the case however, you can let us know and get a refund (except costs for transport, food and/or museum tickets). We would also like to hear how we can do better!
Is a gratuity included in the tour price?
The tour prices do not cover any gratuity for the guide. This is of course not mandatory, but it will always be kindly appreciated.
Are the tours weather-dependent?
Our tours run rain or shine. If you don’t feel like a rainy tour, be sure to check the weather forecasts in time and cancel your tour. If rain is predicted, we recommend bringing an umbrella.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your tour, for whatever reason, you can get a full refund if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the booked tour.
I want to book a tour through 2 or 3 cities. In what city does it start?
You can decide that yourself! Add a comment when making your booking.

Can my tour also start at another time?
To ensure our availability system works properly, we use fixed start times for each tour. You can view the available start times by clicking the red button.

Can I buy a tour as a gift for someone else?
Yes, that is possible. You can purchase a giftcard that is worth any value you’d like. The person that you send it to can redeem it on this website.
