Up to 20 per guide
One guide takes up to 20 people (15 on the Mauritshuis tour). That keeps everyone close enough to hear and leaves room for questions along the way.
Bigger groups split up
Above 20 we add a guide for every 20 people. The groups follow the same route a few minutes apart and finish at the same place.
Or stay together
Prefer one guide for everyone? With a whisper system one guide can lead a group of more than 20. Ask for it at least a week before your tour.

For 20 people or more, four to six weeks ahead is comfortable, and longer in spring. We tell you honestly when a date is tight.

How many people can join one guide?
Up to 20 on a walking tour (15 on the Mauritshuis tour). Above that we add a guide for every 20 people, and each guide takes part of the group along the same route, a few minutes apart.
Can we stay together as one big group?
Yes. With a whisper system one guide can lead more than 20 people, and everyone hears the guide clearly through an earpiece. Ask for it at least a week before your tour.
How far ahead should we book?

Can the tour be in our own language?
